PARKERSBURG — The following reports were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Aug. 4:

* Nathaniel Ray Collins, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $280.25 and placed on home confinement for 30 days. He also had a charge of defective equipment dismissed.

* James Raheim Davis, Akron, had probable cause found on charges of two counts of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic and transportation of controlled substances.

* Miykaia Tiarra Adkins, Akron, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charges of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic and transporting a controlled substance.

* William Andrew Leibau, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm.

* Colby Allen Ruddlesden, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage to vehicle and fined $190.25. He had charges of second-offense driving on a revoked licence for DUI and having no insurance dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, fined $280.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of one day for time served. He also pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state and fined $355.25.

* Darrick Lee Happ, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $170.25, and sentenced to three months in jail.

* Michael Keith Allman, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was credited as time served.

* Alishya Danelle Dennis, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $195.25. She was ordered to pay a $392.26 civil penalty to the 7-11 store on Emerson Avenue in Parkersburg.

* Emma M. Wallbrown, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $865.03 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and was sentenced to three months in jail and then will be placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Caiden Lee Burke, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $370.25.

* Nathan Paul Riggins, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and having no insurance and fined $1,040.50. He had charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI, improper registration and operation without an inspection sticker dismissed.

* Alena Lola Dulaney, Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of meth, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license dismissed. She also pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $370.25. A charge of driving a vehicle without an inspection certificate was also dismissed.

* Dustin Wayne Nutter, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to knowingly providing a structure or place for use of controlled substances by others, fined $180.25 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of two days for time served.

* Ashton Brook Shotwell, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, fined $270.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Vienna Wal-Mart store. He had a charge of trespassing dismissed.

* Mark Wayne Hickman, Vienna, pleaded guilty to domestic assault, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 28 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with one day credit for time served. He is required to attend counseling.

* Colton Reid Davis, Wheeling, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $420.25. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Seventh Street Kroger store in Parkersburg. He also pleaded guilty to possession of meth and another charge of shoplifting, fined $600.50 and sentenced to seven days in jail which was credited as time served. He was also ordered to pay a $117.10 civil penalty to the Vienna Wal-Mart store. A charge of obstruction was dismissed.

* Riley Michael Nemesek, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $1,000 bond.

* John Thomas Buchanan, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI, improper registration and having no insurance. He was released on $2,500 bond.

* Dakota Thomas Moore, Caldwell, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting as well as shoplifting and possession of heroin resulting from a capias warrant and released on $3,000 bond.

* Austin D. Vannoy, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $500 bond.

* Crystal Mae Runyon, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing with reckless indifference and held on $100,000 bond.

* Ryan Matthew Rader, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $500 bond.

* Lisa Kathleen Fields, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of running a red light and having no child restraint and released on $250 bond.

* Rita Marie Moore, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, expired MVI and two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. She was released on $1,500 bond.

* Justin Guy Nelson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction and shoplifting. He was held on $2,000 bond.

* Isaiah Quenton Mitchell, Evans, was arraigned on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a child and released on $4,000 bond.

* Shawn Clifford Fisher, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of battery of a government official/obstruction and held on $500 bond.

* Jerry Sawidziak, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and released on $500 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following reports were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Aug. 9:

* Joseph William King, 512 1/2 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance (meth) and released on $1,500 bond.

* Carl Ian Sartor, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $500 bond.

* April Nichole Calvert, 49 Brown Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and held on $500 bond.

* Hershell Theodore Hutson Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,500 bond.

* April Nichole Calvert, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and of being a fugitive from justice from Allen County, Kentucky, on a charge of bail jumping (failure to appear). Bond will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jordan Craig Holland, 603 Warren St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $280.25. A charge of grand larceny was dismissed without prejudice as the victim failed to appear.

* Kennith Allen Bay, 1606 Hill St. Apt. G, Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of theft of a rental vehicle and transportation of prohibited items onto the grounds of the jail, correctional facility or detention center. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jeremiah Lee Dillon, homeless, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to violating a protective order, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 15 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Ryan Lawson Fox, 479 Mockingbird Lane, Washington, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of fleeing. The case was bond over to Circuit Court.

* Justin Perry Knopp, 681 Apt. B Florence St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of DUI and having no proof of insurance. He was released on $2,000 bond.
